One-on-one Personal Training Sessions
1 hour: ($45) &
1/2 hour: ($25)
This includes
- Nutrition evaluation, body fat and fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks.
- Unlimited use of the private training studio and equipment open 24/7.
- Daily food journal counseling and unlimited email monitoring with the trainer.
- Weekly training sessions with the trainer and daily exercise programs for days
not working with the trainer, including travel workouts.
Monthly Studio Membership: ($40)
This includes
- Unlimited fitness classes, nutrition evaluation, body fat and fitness assessment.
- Unlimited use of the private training studio and equipment open 24/7.
- An introductory personal training session with one of our certified trainers.
6 week fitness program/evaluation ($55):
This includes
- Nutrition evaluation, body fat and fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks.
- 6 week fitness plan and food menu.
- Weekly internet-based monitoring.
